In this period I worked as a Head Consultant at Intellectual Property Protection Department of The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main responsibilities will be given as follows:
· Identifying Infringements: Detecting unauthorized use of IP, such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets.
· Gathering Evidence: Collecting and documenting evidence of IP violations, including dates, times, and descriptions of infringing activities.
· Cease and Desist Actions: Sending cease and desist letters to infringers to stop unauthorized use of IP.
· Legal Action: Filing lawsuits and working with legal authorities to enforce IP rights through civil and criminal procedures.
· Collaboration: Working with law enforcement agencies and other organizations to address IP infringements.
· Monitoring: Continuously monitoring online and offline platforms for potential IP violations.
· Education and Awareness: Educating right holders and users about the importance of IP rights and how to protect them.
Achievements: 450 IP objects protected. 180 investigations conducted. 2200 controfeits identified. 20 web pages blocked. 45 conclusions were given about IP violations.

- December 2 -3, 2024, a regional meeting on "Creative Economy: Data Model, Measurement and Intellectual Property" in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.
The event aims to explore new approaches, solutions and the role of the creative economy based on intellectual property and the Creative Economy Data Model (CEDM) developed by WIPO.
