Alisher Mirfayziyev

I have been practicing national wrestling and judo for over 10 years, which has shaped my discipline, mental endurance, and physical resilience. Competing in national and university-level tournaments taught me to stay focused under pressure, work as part of a team, and lead others by example. Coaching younger athletes has also improved my ability to communicate, motivate, and build long-term strategies skills directly applicable to leadership and project management roles.

Solving the Rubik's Cube has developed my logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and concentration. I've participated in cube-solving contests and consistently challenged myself to improve both speed and accuracy. This hobby demonstrates my ability to approach complex problems with a clear mind, patience, and a growth-oriented mindset, qualities that are valuable in analytical and decision-making contexts.

Having studied at a musical/art school from 2017 to 2021, I developed a strong eye for detail, color, and visual expression. My background in art has taught me creative thinking, patience, and the ability to see multiple perspectives. I’ve participated in exhibitions and continue to sketch and create regularly. These visual skills are transferable to areas like design, branding, creative problem solving, and storytelling — all valuable in communication and team collaboration.
