BCS is designed to maintain high sulfurous/sweet gas pressure at the inlet of existing BCS-1 of Dengizkul/Alan/Zevardi field in order to ensure processing and further transportation of the gas.
The stations are designed to produce the following amount of rate:
Dengizkul: 6.50...3.68 MSCM/d
Alan: 9.137–2.089 MSCM/d
Zevardi: 9.548-3.085 MSCM/d
2020-2024
The Plant includes Sulfinol-M and Sulfinol-X technology units, with a Sulphur Recovery Unit that incorporates a SCOT Unit for tail gas treatment, a Chemical Oxidation Unit to treat the quench water bleed and all associated process units/ units and facilities.
The gas field will process 5 billion standard cubic meters of raw natural gas with high content of CO2 and H2S, processed in a Gas Processing Plant to produce a treated gas suitable for domestic use or export.
Project basic design and FEED stage is completed by WOOD engineering.
All detail engineering activities including basic review, HAZOP study, P&ID & cause and effect completion, hydraulic and pump calculation completion, vendor data review, 3D Model review and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
