Accomplished Purchasing Manager and Manufacturing Engineer with a proven track record at JSC "UzAuto Motors" and ARTEL, adept in supplier relationship management and cost reduction. Excelled in optimizing supply chains, achieving significant procurement efficiencies, and fostering strong supplier relations. Skilled in strategic sourcing and project management, consistently enhancing operational and cost efficiency. In 2016, I enrolled at the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, specializing in Technological Machines and Equipment for Metallurgical Production. My academic journey provided me with a strong foundation in metallurgical machinery, processes, and materials.

I began my professional career as a member of the engineering team at Artel Group’s Air Conditioner manufacturing plant. Over the course of my year in this role, I gained valuable insights into manufacturing processes. I was also entrusted with the role of Project Manager for the development of a new air conditioning model. Subsequently, I was promoted to Assistant to the Deputy Manager, where I supported the implementation of the Toyota Production System.

In 2021, I joined the purchasing team at UzAuto Motors, an Alliance Partner of General Motors, as a Buyer for direct materials. Our team oversees 90% of all purchases for UzAuto Motors, managing the complete procurement cycle from SOR (Statement of Requirement) to Purchase Order release.
